General

The application, resource, and user policies are outlined in three documents: the Rules and Regulations of IREI, the Resource Policies, and the User Agreement.

Rules and Regulations​

The rules and regulations cover:

  • Who are granted access
  • Management of accounts
  • Data and storage
  • Special requests/agreements
  • Review and application of resource policies

Resource Policies​

Resource policies are implemented to facilitate fair and efficient use of the IREI resources. They cover:

  • Etiquette on IREIs cloud storage
  • Deletion of accounts and data
  • HPC systems job scheduler
  • System maintenance

User Agreement​

The user agreement is in place to enforce good etiquette on the shared resource. It covers:

  • Responsible use
  • Use of resources for research only
  • Not accessing data outside of home space
  • Safeguarding credentials

Current version​

The policies regarding the usage of the IREIs resources are reviewed once a year by the steering committee.
